SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3-5 Business days.
United States: 5-15 Business days.
International: 10-30 Business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guarenteed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Forever Changing Apparel Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Additionally shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage item and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward a resolution.
