RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Forever Changing Apparel Co. we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Be in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at Foreverchangingapparel@gmail.com with:
- Your Order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason of return
- Photos of the product(s)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received is defective.
- The item received is damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to error.
No refunds on Sale Items.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promtly.
EXCHANGES
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you require a different size, please contact us and we will assist based on available inventory.
